Welcome to the Environmental Adventure Center at UW-Eau Claire. We sincerely hope that the following information serves as a guide for planning your outdoor schedule. We welcome the opportunity to introduce students and faculty/staff to the outdoors by providing a variety of activities designed to fit your needs. We truly hope that all of you find something fun, new, and exciting in our programs, and that sometime during the course of the year we have the opportunity to meet you. We are located upstairs in the Hilltop Center behind the bouldering wall and can be reached at (715)-836-5711.

Ropes Course

The Eagle's View Challenge Ropes Course offers a series of activities designed for individual and group participation regardless of age, physical limitation or ability level.

Climbing Wall

For climbing enthusiasts or those interested in learning, we have a fully operating climbing wall and bouldering wall. The Bouldering Wall is located in Hilltop Recreation Center. Our climbing wall is located in McPhee education center.

Esports

The Esports program at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire is designed to promote both a competitive and recreational gaming experience through the cultivation of an inclusive campus gaming community.

Archery Range

The indoor archery range (located in the basement of Hilltop) is designed to provide students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to be introduced to the sport of archery. Use of the equipment, range, and lessons from the present Archery Range Officer are provided during your visit.
